Welcome to The Lucas Letter™ webpage. This newsletter is primarily in response to the many requests that I have received for additional information about the law and resources for finding the law. This newsletter is going to be dedicated to that task.

The areas of the law that affect us the most as professional service providers are torts, remedies, contracts, property law, and administrative law. Each of these areas, in turn, have many subcategories. Every month we will focus on one aspect of the law by reviewing two cases to illustrate a point or several points. Those cases will then be available for download and storage in your own personal "law library." I will also add my commentary at the end of each edition on the cases and the law that the cases articulate.

I will be working on ways to make even more law available to our subscribers as we move forward from here. Your comments and suggestions are welcomed. I hope you will join me.

Each issue is delivered to your e-mail "Inbox" at the begining of each month as an Adobe PDF (Portable Document Format) file. The newsletter gives subscribers access to downloadable copies of the cases discussed, also as Adobe PDF files.
